Major Function

To orchestrate and administer the ISC Leadership Team’s delivery of critical initiatives enabling the annual and strategic plans. Tracks schedules, status, and interrelationships to ensure that key initiatives are delivered on time and on budget. Provides critical guidance in discipline and accountability among the ISC Leadership Team while maintaining focused and efficient meetings and communications.

As a member of the ISC Leadership Team, interacts primarily with Senior ISC Leadership. Reviews, understands status and risk, and escalates multiple initiatives across ISC. Works on initiatives of diverse scope and ensures both technical and people change management elements are effectively addressed. Accountable for one or more multi-year, highly complex, multi-geography, cross functional transformational programs with annual budgets from $1 to $20M . Highly skilled with critical communication and ability to effectively force difficult conversations when necessary to achieve the broader team’s goals.

What Will You Do?

  • Collaborates with all ISC Functions to drive the entire organization towards a common set of goals and objectives related to Safety, Quality, Service, Productivity, and Capability

  • Coordinates review of large-scale projects with ISC Leadership Team regarding project worthiness and a robust evaluation of options

  • Consistently moves problems towards resolution when encountering obstacles, uncertain conditions, or situations where lack of data or conflicting data suggest that there is no clear right choice and helps others do the same

  • Shares viewpoints openly and directly with others, providing relevant and timely information to those who need it and helps others do the same

  • Communicates clearly and persuasively in both oral and written form to all levels and varieties of audience. Seeks and incorporates relevant perspectives when assessing a situation or making decisions. Helps others express their point of view clearly

  • Uses facts and logic to influence others

  • Drives for the identification, closure, or escalation of impediments to project deliverables, budget, and schedule

  • Oversees multiple concurrent project teams working to execute subordinate projects supporting the larger program

  • Marshals appropriate resources across functions to efficiently ensure program deliverables, schedule, and budget are met

  • Leads program and project level governance with Senior Management to ensure appropriate oversight and accountability

  • Maintains clear documentation including agendas, minutes, and task lists

  • Manages operational risk to ensure transformation occurs with minimal disruption to production

  • Negotiates effectively at all levels of the organization to overcome obstacles and ensure the success of the program and subordinate projects

  • Manages project level tasks as needed to ensure program success

    What Do You Need?  

    To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:  

  • B.S. in Operations Management, Engineering or equivalent technical degree

  • At least 5 years of overall experience in Manufacturing

  • Excellent business transformation, change management, oral and written communications, influencing skills

    Competitive Salary – The pay range takes into account skills, experience, education, and location. It is not common to be hired at or near the top of the range; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case .
