Ziegler CAT D365 Release Coordinator in Bloomington, Minnesota

Ziegler CAT has an opening for a Dynamics 365 Release Coordinator to provide administrative support to the team related to release activities and create release documentation for D365 Finance &Operations, Dynamics FSM, Power Platform, and other integrated cloud based solutions. Job Responsibilities: Coordinate release activities and create release documentation for D365 Finance &Operations, Dynamics FSM, Power Platform, and other integrated cloud based solutions. Responsible for ensuring completion of release testing activities across applications Create videos and communications highlighting new enhancements/processes Report to Release Manager on status of testing, collaborate on timing of deployment, and developing test processes for new applications. Create communications to alert the company of issues, update on fixes, and sell wins. Maintain and improve internal and company facing SharePoint sites Ensure regression and UAT test cases are up to date Organize deployment tasks Assist in enhancement rollout activities Aid in environment maintenance and proper access to sandbox environments Investigate how the Power Platform or other programs can be leveraged to improve Team efficiency and reporting on deliverables. Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED 2+ years of experience with D365 F&O 2+ years of experience in heavy equipment industry preferred Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simplistic, meaningful ways Test plan development as well as executing a summarizing testing results would be a plus. Excellent written communication skills Familiarity with video creation and possesses a creative propensity Experience facilitating meetings and driving adherence to deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Experience working with release notes preferred Knowledge of Power Automate and SharePoint preferred Able to occasionally travel to Ziegler branch locations Personal Attributes: creative, self-starter, critical thinking, organized, quick learner, able to multi-task, improvement minded, team oriented Hybrid work schedule with ability to work remote 1-2 days per week Travel Up to 5% Minimum Physical Requirements: Standing, walking, sitting, using hands, talking, hearing This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed; it is not intended to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required for the position.
