The Cigna Group Performance Enablement - Program Manager (Hybrid; Bloomfield, CT/Philadelphia, PA/New York, NY) in Bloomfield, Connecticut

Provides counsel and advice to top management on significant Program Management matters, often requiring coordination between buyer groups and verticals. Manages other Sales Onboarding and Professional Development programs, projects or processes when necessary. Interprets internal or external issues and recommends solutions/best practices. Solves complex problems; takes a broad perspective to identify solutions. Exercises considerable creativity, foresight, and judgment in conceiving, planning, and delivering initiatives. Works with various stakeholders to create, design, and deliver curriculum, courses and learning materials as needed.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage learning and development initiatives for U.S. Employer Sales Teams, inclusive of new hires/transfer onboarding experience and professional development

  • Collaborate with leadership, HR, and stakeholders on sales onboarding and professional development initiatives

  • Maintain governance and audit of learning assets

  • Engage in and oversee Leadership Meetings and Events team as required for events

  • Conduct project planning & communication with the business, external customers & other stakeholders regarding status, milestones, issue resolution and escalation

  • Track and monitor measurement of learning initiatives

  • Create and design curriculum, courses, and learning materials

  • Effectively manage, and where necessary coach, project team resources & internal/external resources.

  • Facilitate trainings as necessary

  • Manage budgets as necessary

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor Degree Required

  • Minimum 5 years project related experience

  • Minimum 5 years healthcare industry experience

  • Minimum 2 years training producer and facilitation related experience

  • Instructional Design and Graphic Design experience (Experience using Articulate, Vyond, Wellsaid, and Camtasia or other design tools)

  • Strong product and customer knowledge

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Excellent influencing and executive presentation skills

  • Strong project and process management skills

  • Team player with proven ability to manage strong working relationships within a matrix organization.

  • Technical/Functional expertise: Project Management

  • Strong Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook skills (greater than foundational)

  • Proficient in video telephony and online scheduling

Travel may be required up to 25%

Preferred locations: Bloomfield, CT; Metro NYC; Philadelphia, PA

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 91,100 - 151,800 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
