Description We are recruiting a Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role involves providing comprehensive technical support for our desktop environment, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network systems. This position requires a broad knowledge of desktop support and excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for desktop computers, printers, peripherals, and mobile devices

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and network systems

• Assist in the configuration and deployment of new desktop systems and peripherals

• Manage tickets in the Sharewell system, ensuring timely resolution of issues

• Provide support for Microsoft and Active Directory environments

• Manage the patching of panels into wall jacks in server rooms

• Support users in the use of Microsoft Office 365, including Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Act as the sole onsite IT support for the facility, requiring a proactive and adaptable approach

• Maintain a strong base of helpdesk-related roles and tasks

• Work in a factory setting, requiring physical activity such as walking across multiple buildings.

This role involves working with a variety of technologies, including Citrix Technologies, Dell Technologies, EO/IR systems, Mac Computers, and Microsoft. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Desktop Support Analyst role or similar IT support position.

• Proficiency in Citrix Technologies and Dell Technologies.

• Familiarity with EO/IR systems.

• Strong knowledge of Mac Computers and Microsoft products.

• Experience with Active Directory management and operations.

• Ability to troubleshoot and repair various Computer Hardware.

• Understanding of Configuration Management processes and principles.

• Experience with Deployments of software and hardware solutions.
