TEKsystems Customer Service Representative in Birmingham, Alabama

Job Description:
Will be responsible for taking inbound calls from customers and assisting them with any account related questions. Questions could pertain billing questions, payments, establishing service, power outages, etc.
Qualifications (Please read):
3+ years of call center experience
3+ years of inbound and/or outbound call experience
3+ years of administrative/clerical experience
5+ years of professional retail customer service experience
College degree or some secondary education (highly preferred)
Ability/Experience operating dual monitors
Ability to navigate a computer and multiple systems
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 7am - 7pm
