Office Manager - <P> Qualifications <LI> Strong Experience with MS Excel and Word <LI> Strong Experience with Social Media <LI> Excellent Communication skills <LI> Experience with QuickBooks <LI> Familiarity with maintaining scheduling <LI> Ability to work well in a face paced team environment <LI> Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills <P> Responsibilities <LI> Answer Phones, Manager Front Counter Walk-Ins <LI> Maintenance, Mailing Packages, Ordering Supplies & Equipment <LI> Entering Quotes/Invoices in QuickBooks, <LI> Running Errands such as Bank Deposits, Picking Up Office Supplies, Meeting with Clients or Mailing Packages <LI> Schedule meetings and appointments and manage online calendars for Installs & Appointments <LI> Organize the office layout, Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs <LI> Update and maintain office policies and documents as needed by management <LI> Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time, follow up with clients as needed <LI> Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease items <LI> Assist in the onboarding process for new hires as needed by management <LI> Address employees queries regarding office management issues and bring them to management <LI> Run weekly staff meetings, keep an ongoing list of what needs to be addressed <LI> Assist in planning and arranging details for Networking Events <LI> Help plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences <P> Education - <LI> HS/Some College or 3-5 years experience <P> Major Skills - <LI> QuickBooks Experience <LI> Word and Excel Spreadsheets <LI> Attention to Detail <LI> Social Media Experience <P> Requirements - <LI> Drug Screening. <LI> Own Car.
