We're seeking a Senior Supply Chain Development Manager who will play a key role in shaping the future of our supply chain, driving transformative solutions, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Core responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic development of the supply chain across the Element and Mould (E&M) value chain, with a focus on long-term growth and innovation.

  • Collaborate with a diverse team of leaders in Supply Chain Management to help shape the function’s future direction.

  • Oversee and enhance E&M operating principles, ensuring excellence and continuous improvement.

  • Lead high-impact projects that optimize supply chain performance, driving positive change across the business.

  • Design and implement new, forward-thinking supply chain solutions to meet evolving business needs.

  • Explore and capitalize on strategic opportunities to optimize and digitize processes for greater efficiency and adaptability

In this role, you'll be a key part of a dynamic Supply Chain Management team, working closely with Engineering and Quality. Your role will have a broad reach across mould master planning, capacity management, data governance, and more. You’ll be at the forefront of driving development initiatives, ensuring alignment with both immediate needs and long-term goals while contributing to a more efficient, agile, and inclusive supply chain environment.
