Job Description

ERP is the heartbeat of the company. The Warehouse and Site Logistics product team is part of Manufacturing Technology which supports our current 5 and 2 new LEGO factories and warehouses.

The Warehouse and Site Logistics team develops, operates and supports our homegrown, SAP based, Warehouse system as well as the integration to Core ERP system and High Bay Warehouse suppliers.

In this role you become part of a passionate team. With our daily interactions we help secure the production and handling of LEGO bricks and LEGO boxes for children all over the world. ​

Responsibilities

  • Supports, enhances and expands our current home-grown, SAP-based warehouse application in collaboration with other members of the product team.

  • Design, refine, (code), test and implement new features for warehouse operation and warehouse expansions.

  • Support end-users in daily work and to find the best solution for a problem.

  • Participate in business projects where warehouse solutions are involved or impacted.

  • Code or work closely with engineers in the team and off-shore to deliver creative, robust and high-quality code.

  • Ensure documentation, test cases etc for new developments.

Requirements

  • 3-5 year’s experience within software development (design, code, test, ui/ux, SAP customizing or other relevant role)

  • Understanding of all aspects around software development, but not necessarily writing the code.

  • Experience from Warehousing, Logistic, Manufacturing or similar.

  • A genuine interest in understanding end-users and and building value adding business solutions.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SAP Customizing or SAP ABAP

  • Experience with automated testing (in an SAP environment)

  • A curios mind and a quick learner
