ALTERNATIVES INC DATA & SOFTWARE SPECIALIST in BILLINGS, Montana
What will you do in this position? First and foremost, this is a staff training position. You will help develop, implement, and oversee ongoing IT/Software training for Agency staff. You will help teach new staff proprietary Agency software, Microsoft programs, and other various software programs as needed; as well as share updates and new training lessons with tenured staff, as needed. You will also help support setting up login credentials, shutting down Agency employee accounts as needed, and overall IT support along with the Technical Program Manager. Our Data and Software Support Specialist will need to have interpersonal skills to work with employees and third-party IT support agencies.
