Tu función

Kuehne + Nagel is currently recruiting a professional to perform the tasks of Sea Logistics Customer Care Expert in its offices located in Bilbao. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, he/she will manage the flow of goods through this channel and will maintain a solid dialogue with customers, suppliers and other operational departments.

Tus responsabilidades

  • Full management of maritime traffic of goods.

  • Collaboration with the Sales Teams for the correct commercial development of this activity.

  • Participation in the department's own projects, related to the optimization of operational processes.

  • Interlocution with other departments, offices and customers.

  • Assume and promote the Company's programs in terms of Compliance and Data Confidentiality for everything related to the position.

Tus habilidades y experencias

  • Academic studies related to Logistics or International Trade.

  • Minimum experience of 2 years in operational functions of sea logistics freight forwarding.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.

  • Good level of English and Fluent Spanish
