Job Summary:

SAVA is currently seeking an Intelligence Analyst IV to support the Stormbreaker Contract in Bethesda, MD.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Contribute information to, and support the production of, talking points, briefs, products, and other reference materials pertaining to technical services. This may include highly technical products produced for non-technical audiences.

  • Work with US Government and IC partners to include through large interagency forums and working groups.

  • Develop technology roadmaps to achieve mission needs.

  • Provide in-depth advice, analysis and insight on a wide range of current, emerging, and potentially disruptive scientific and technology sectors. This can include both classified and unclassified research, analysis, and expertise, to include from industry experts, scientists, and academia.

  • Attend meetings on technical challenges that the FMI IC and operators anticipate by foreign actors, including within the IC and externally with academia, Science and Technology (S&T) communities, think tanks, and industry as required.

  • Perform horizon-scanning to identify emerging threats or opportunities, identify available commercial and open-source capabilities, and establish industry benchmarks.

  • Participate, present and produce materials for working groups, workshops and interagency forums to provide expertise and technical consultations.

  • Conduct risk/benefit analysis of different processes and provide recommendations on how to adopt technologies into IC capabilities.

  • Inform the development of IC-wide science and technology polices, requirements, needs, risks, and investments.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of relevant experience or a master's degree with 13+ years of relevant experience.

  • 10+ years of experience related to managing programs and projects.

  • Active DoD TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain and maintain a CI Polygraph.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience supervising or leading teams or projects.

  • 10 years working with/or in the IC, or comparable experience.
