MPF Federal, LLC Clinical Research Quality Manager in Bethesda, Maryland
MPF Federal is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Research Quality Manager to join our team. As a Clinical Research Quality Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our clinic, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction. Responsibilities
Supervise and manage clinic staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards in clinical research
Oversee data collection and management for clinical trials and scientific research studies
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficient clinic operations
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
Monitor and evaluate clinic performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all clinic activities
Provide leadership and guidance to staff to promote a positive work environment
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, life sciences)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical research or a related field
Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and regulatory requirements
Experience in data collection, analysis, and management for clinical trials or scientific research studies
Proven track record of supervising and leading teams
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in compliance management in a clinical research setting
Familiarity with laboratory procedures and equipment
