Tasks:

• packages pick up from despatch departement

• packages storage in LAB,preparing a new storage system

• packages labeling for storage system

• packages preparing for despatch

• let me ship process: issue labels for despatch,tracking control

• hand over packagesto dispatch dep., together withprotocol for carriers

• control of despatch remotely, informPM and purchasing, issue claims in case of troubles

• inventory Management (LAB):fill out excel list: GR, S/N, inventory list

Requirements:

• At least second year of study

• Field of study: business administration, industrial engineering, commercial law, commercial engineers, or equivalent knowledge or experience

• Scope: 10-15 hours per week (location Dresden or also Berlin)

• Good English language skills
