Adecco is assisting a local client in Benicia, CA. We are looking for an upbeat, experienced Customer Service Representative! This is for a Warehouse environment, so no stuffy office! The schedule is Tuesday to Saturday 10am to 630pm. And starts at $19.00 an hour. Apply Now!!
Job Summary The candidate will work as a Customer Service Representative, assisting customers and business partners via telephone and email. They will handle complaints professionally, monitor delivery routes, and process changes or cancellations to delivery orders.
What your day-to-day will look like:
• Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email
• Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
• Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues
• Monitor progress of delivery routes
• Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps
• Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders
Skill Requirements
Must-Have Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office , including MS Project , Word , Excel , and PowerPoint
Strong customer service skills
Ability to diagnose and resolve issues
Excellent multitasking abilities
Exceptional organizational skills
Preferred Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
One year of related experience in a call center environment
Ability to thrive under pressure

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
