Job Description

Looking for a strong developer with advanced skills and hands-on experience in UI development using Redwood, VBCS, VB Rules, JavaScript etc . The Redwood UX Design System is Oracle’s modern UX standard for our SaaS applications. We are building full-stack Redwood components to help Fusion Applications achieve these new UX designs. Redwood components require a set of highly scalable backend services. The position will also entail building additional service watchdogs, expanding our service telemetry, and improving service resiliency. We’re looking for talented engineers who will build the Redwood components . This is a wonderful opportunity to work with a team of talented Java engineers who are ready to take on this challenge. We have many large-scale customers who are ready to work with you on this fabulous journey.

We also need to write scripts to audit the code delivered by every other team.

Responsibilities

In this role you will need to:

Implement web components and applications for Oracle’s SaaS.

Architect efficient and reusable systems that drive complex web applications

Collaborate with Designers, Product Managers, Architects, and Software Engineers to deliver compelling user-facing products

Analyze and provide technical solutions to complex problems

Take the lead and drive key initiatives

Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

Minimum 10 years of experience.

Strong JavaScript, typescript skills

Experience with Node.js

Expertise library development,

Focus on details when necessary

Strong understanding of web page performance

Knowledge of web development standard methodologies

Understanding of REST APIs: consumption and development

Deep understanding of web protocols and technologies such as HTTP, JSON and XML

Experience with GIT SCM

Eager to learn new stuff/technologies all the time

Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment

Ability to take ownership of projects and multi-task

Good verbal and written communication skills

BS degree in Computer Science, or similar technical field of study.

Experience architecting highly available, scalable, and secure systems.

Experience with Scrum and Agile methodology.

Responsible for creating, evaluating and modifying prototypes to support evolving hardware and software application development.
