Job Description

Responsibilities:

Conduct high quality work place investigations and work with a wide range of parties to evaluate situations and determine necessary steps to be taken. Partner with others in the Company to ensure timely, effective, and efficient resolution of ER issues. Maintain expert knowledge of the Company's HR policies and procedures, Indian employment laws and regulations. Work on projects to evaluate, analyse and improve Company ER practices and outcomes.

Candidate Profile:

Post Graduate, with 10-15 years of experience performing duties similar to those outlined above.

Honest and ethical with high levels of integrity and confidentiality

Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Experience partnering with legal resources to resolve complex and sensitive ER issues.

Strong interpersonal skills, especially listening and problem solving.
