This Foundation Repair Crew Leader should have extensive experience in the foundation industry. This position will service the Kansas City area and should be a motivating team leader. Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage a crew of construction workers - Coordinate and assign tasks to crew members - Ensure that work is completed according to project plans and specifications - Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control standards - Provide guidance and training to crew members as needed
Strong knowledge of residential construction and foundation repair methods - Proven experience in a leadership role within the construction industry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to effectively manage time, the crew, and prioritize tasks - Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Manage a team of employees and continually motivate them to produce the best results
