Job Title: Project ManagerJob Description

We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee a variety of civil projects for an infrastructure construction company. Our projects include municipal work, DOT work, private development, and building sites ranging from university campuses to schools. As a Project Manager, you will manage site excavation, utilities, concrete work, curb and gutter, and sidewalks. You will work closely with city and municipal developers and owners to determine the scope of work and communicate through all project phases. You will also collaborate with superintendents and foremen to ensure proper staffing, site development, and construction progress. The role involves estimating and bidding for a variety of project types, managing anywhere from 6-9 projects simultaneously.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in VERONA, Wisconsin.

Work Environment

Office role with frequent local site visits. You will be home every night with limited travel. Projects include large-scale subdivision development, commercial site development, water and sewer utility construction, and concrete work. We maintain a 'work hard, play hard' mentality and operate at a faster pace than typical general contractors.
