The Sr Manager is responsible to oversee a Business Systems Analyst team focused on Fraud Management. Accountable for identification, coordination, integration, and implementation of new initiatives that support organizational transformation. This role provides guidance and structure as new business needs emerge to support project feasibility, prioritization, business case approval, and initiation, additionally, will serve as a key liaison in the early identification of projects/process changes in order to facilitate a comprehensive governance model. Job Responsibilities: Lead a team of Business Systems Analysts. Provide structure, feedback and direction. Create clear and measurable goals. Hold self and team accountable. Mentor and contribute to the organization's body of knowledge on business systems analysis. Partner with Director of Fraud Technology to define Strategic technology direction and develop tactical plans to deliver on strategic goals. Develop and champion standards for team deliverables and processes including: Capability concept development; Project Scope Review and Assessment; Requirements Gathering and Scope Management; Testing and Requirements Tracing; Implementation Management; Production Support and Defect Management. Build, nurture, and maintain relationships with managerial teams within Fraud and across Finance, IT and Business Channels. Acting as a champion for Fraud Management's technology and business strategies and an escalation channel for issue resolution. Lead the Fraud technology landscape/roadmap processes across all portfolios Lead, inspire, influence, and manage across internal functions and external partners to deliver on functional goals and key performance indicators. Ensure vision, guidance, support and recommendations to business leaders and teams, and translate effectively to technology and process solutions Provide leadership, direction, and coaching for system programs/initiatives as well as individual professional development. Validate the quality of deliverables produced by the team. Serve as escalation point for high impact project issues and risks Recruit and hire personnel with appropriate skill experience that can work effectively in the T-Mobile environment. Create and monitor Career Development plans, including training for all direct reports. Track and monitor team expenses in accordance with approved budgets. Ensure staffing plans are maintained to support the current and future work demands and project deliverables. Lead through Management team to ensure business initiatives, technology roadmap, communications, training, change management and vendor management are supported. Provide strategic guidance and project prioritization efforts Focus on standardized and repeatable project management processes and guidelines in accordance with industry standard methodologies Provide sound direction for technology solutions and make appropriate recommendations Provide direction on product management documentation tools and templates, and promote utilization of project tools Find opportunities for cross-competency area participation and contacts appropriate personnel.
