Together, we won't stop! The Ops Manager supports the PSCO leadership on planning and execution around all administrative, financial and operational activities. Serves as the primary point of contact between top management and employees or other stakeholders. The Ops manager provides oversight and guidance to projects of high importance. Is responsible for tracking and keeping leadership timely informed of operational performance around all aspects of the PSCO organization. Must provide exceptional leadership and effective management in all areas of financial management, operations, risk and compliance, administration, human resources and communication. Job Responsibilities: Serve as the PSCO leader primary point of contact and supports administrative and operational management for the PSCO organization. May be required to serve as proxy for the PSCO leader in key critical business meetings/projects in relation to operational issues, projects, team progress and risk-related issues. Responsible ensuring availability of required metrics and executive reporting. Accountable to continually monitor the top priority active projects within the PSCO organization and ensuring PSCO leadership has appropriately prioritized such project, keeping the leadership abreast of all matters of significance requiring immediate attention. Will serve as the organization's coordinator of strategy development/deployment, organizational design, goal management, project leader and management of many special projects on an as-needed basis. The Operations Manager must possess solid operational and supply chain knowledge along with financial acumen and serve as a capable steward of the company's financial resources. Serve as department liaison across other functional groups regarding process change, policy change, compliance issues, department-wide communications Education: Bachelor's Degree Related field (Required) Work Experience: More than 10 years Supply Chain / Planning experience. (Required) More than 10 years Experience in fulfillment, inventory planning and demand planning; telecom experience preferred. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
