The Data Strategy & Insights team within the Device Supply Chain organization is the go-to team for foundational reimagination of the design, creation, and execution of strategic and analytical frameworks for supply chain operations and key leadership. The Sr. Business Analysis Manager is a highly skilled and driven individual contributor with direct ownership for creating awareness with conclusive insights and effective story-telling. This role is a highly visible role that is trusted to lead the story-telling - digging deep into the data and details, intimately learning the business, and using this knowledge base to interpret the impact and deliver the message in a punchy, easily consumed output. This person enjoys working collaboratively and thinking strategically, scoping their work based on the needs and inputs of leadership and business owners, collecting feedback, and iterating appropriately, without delaying delivery of actionable information. Responsibilities: Gather complex data inputs from multiple sources, both internally and externally. Identify new data sources that will enhance business outcomes and support strategic and tactical objectives. Provide insight and guidance to leadership on the trends and drivers behind the results and prepare reports on findings. Assesses the needs of the business, prioritize projects and drive new reporting requirements to completion. Work cross-functionally as needed to enable data architecture and solutions that best meet the analytics and reporting needs of the business. Drive clarity or requirements and ensure delivery meets agreed upon requirements. Identify and communicate key insights to leadership team based on reports and analysis Work cross functionally to proactively and systematically identify and implement any enhancements to reporting and analytics processes Regularly assumes project/initiative responsibility Complete complex ad-hoc research, analysis, and reporting. Serves as a subject-matter guide on the team. Provides guidance to more junior employees and serve as team lead. May serve as Manager's proxy in their absence. Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed. Qualifications: 7+ years experience in a consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or portfolio management role Exceptional technical and analytical skills with the ability to think creatively and develop new solutions Demonstrated ability to successfully lead opposing priorities & deliverables in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment Superior organizational, problem solving, and analysis skills Ability to work independently with limited supervision and prioritize Able to build strong cross-functional relationships Able to write SQL Interest in learning new reporting software Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, graphing, data connections) Ability to perform data investigation (e.g., data source identification, feasibility of joins, resolve data reasonableness based on business insights) Perseveres to locate necessary data and identify creative solutions to enable project completion, overcoming (at times) insufficient documentation and "tribal knowledge" environment Strong eye for business and sufficient Financial Accounting knowledge to be able to understand impact on P&L from reporting Strong oral and written communication skills Consistently delivers high quality
