Job Overview * Position can sit at any of the 3 HQs with a Strong Preference for Bellevue* Will be responsible for supporting the incentive steering needs of the Consumer Groups Channel through both analytical and consultant services. They will proactively partner with many cross-functional teams across the company (Finance, Marketing, Commissions, Reporting, HR business partners, Channel Steering, and Senior Leadership) to identify and address issues as well as achieve compensation objectives. The successful candidate will have the skills to understand our complex data and be detailed and accurate from start to finish in developing programs and completing projects. The Business Analysis Manager is responsible for insights, analysis, and business casing using various analytical techniques including financial forecasting, statistics, data mining, data modeling and executive-level presentations. They create recommendations informed by data and good discernment as well as offer creative solutions to take on business needs and drive improvements. They will act as a subject-matter guide for a dedicated channel with flexibility to support other channels within the team's scope of work. They will have experience working in fast-paced, technology-driven environments and will have served as a critical member of a leadership team in helping a business scale rapidly. demonstrated ability to strike the right balance between speed and flexibility as well as process and compliance, deploying a highly analytical approach to ensure that the organization rigorously measures and analyzes the right things to meet its objectives. Job Responsibilities: * Work on a variety of projects including program design, analysis, budgeting, and implementation of new programs. * Perform deep analysis on efficiency and competitiveness of existing compensation programs and model potential impact of alternatives and future programs. * Partner with business colleagues on compensation issues and provide insights, analysis and recommendations that deliver data-driven, optimized experiences. * Serve as a key point of contact in providing data and reporting solutions to drive enterprise results, including reports, dashboards, visuals, and self-service environments. * Apply analytical and modeling capability to enhance decision making across a range of options and present findings and recommendations for prioritization of resources to all levels of the organization. * Construct executive-level presentations and present sophisticated analytical findings in clear, concise and decision-impacting manner. Possess the ability to influence leadership through fact-based analysis. Education: Bachelor's Degree Data analysis, data science, similar quantitative fields or equivalent practical experience (Required) Work Experience: 4-7 years Working experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches (Required) 4-7 years Working experience reporting and analyzing performance & dta visualization (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) (Required) 4-7 years Working experience in advanced analytics, which includes SQL analysis of complex datasets, competitive analysis, quantitative analysis & research (Required) Working experience with Python, R, Go or similar statistics or data science language preferred.
