TITLE: Marketing Specialist

LOCATION: Belgrade, Serbia

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM local time

Grade: 10

About the Position:

The Marketing Specialist will primarily support the Customer Experience Center and Events team. Main focuses will be purchase orders/payment support, administration and maintenance of Cvent meeting management tool and customer experience center/internal visit support.

Key Responsibilities:

50% - Purchase Order/Payment Support for Marketing (primarily events related)

  • Managing purchase orders efficiently and accurately to ensure timely procurement of event materials and services

  • Build and manage relationship with procurement and finance teams

  • Stay updated on procurement policies and procedures to provide Marketing team support on best practice

  • Utilize technology platforms to automate and track purchase orders and payments, improving accuracy and accountability

  • Explore innovative ways to simplify and streamline payment processes for the marketing department

30% - Administration and Maintenance of Meeting Management Tool

  • Learn how to effectively navigate and utilize the features of the Cvent platform

  • Perform regular system updated and maintenance to ensure optimal performance of the Cvent platform

  • Customize and configure Cvent modules to meet the specific needs of different event and initiatives

  • Monitor system usage and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization

20% - Customer Experience Center & Internal Visit Support

  • Support planning and documentation for Customer Experience Center visits in both Atlanta, GA and Belgrade, Serbia

  • Provide onsite support in Belgrade for customer visits and internal executive visits

You are:

You have a strong ability to work as part of a team, demonstrate initiative, and solve problems independently and show exemplary communication skills across internal and external stakeholders. You have a passion for working in a lean, fast-paced organization, and desire to own and refine processes. You have strong organization skills, are detailoriented and able to meet tight deadlines. You also have an energetic and can-do attitude with the ability to rally teams around an initiative. You are flexible and able to support logistics for hosted visits.

Required Qualifications:

  • Language Skills: English Language proficiency is a must

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, marketing, advertising, communications, or other related fields.

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience (experience with procurement/purchase orders a plus)

  • Experience in Cvent platform

  • Strong budget analysis reporting and tracking

  • Strong relationship building, creative thinking, strategy skills and professional presence

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite

  • Ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the company
