We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for an Office Manager with one of our clients located in Beaverton, Oregon. As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of the office - greeting visitors, overseeing the front office operations, and supporting with data entry for bookkeeping purposes. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the front desk - receiving visitors, answering phone calls, and maintaining first impressions.

• Assist with the compilation of documents, prepping packets for clients as needed.

• Performing invoicing and billing tasks as needed.

• Support with data entry into QuickBooks for accounting functions.

• Provide administrative support, for ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Must possess a basic knowledge of Accounting Functions

• Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls efficiently

• Proficiency in using QuickBooks software strongly preferred

• Demonstrated skills in providing Administrative Assistance

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to handle confidential information

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites is a must

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize work
