\' Set up and operation of vertical CNC Machining Centers in a safe and efficient manner \' Accurately read blueprints, drawings and setup specifications. \' Responsible for documenting actual cycle times on work orders, and to alert their supervisor of inefficient programs or set up configurations. \' Identify and report discrepancies in product or processes. \' Employee will perform secondary work during machining runs, as time allows. \' Employee will maintain adequate tools and inspection equipment to perform job requirements; \' Performing routine maintenance on department tools and equipment; \' Keeping work area and equipment clean and organized \' Accurately completing job related paperwork \' Following company policies and safety rules and reporting any safety, procedure, or quality concerns to their supervisor. \' Monitor quality of product during production run and complete in-process inspection forms when required. \' Prepare set up sheets as needed. \' Train and oversee department employees as assigned by their supervisor. \' Assist with other duties as notified by the supervisor.
