DSM and Firmenich are going through a merger. To enable synergies and to manage the new company as a single entity, key shared data must be consolidated. The incumbent will supervise a team of professional in charge of data cleansing, transformation and load into reference systems. This process requires a lot of interaction with business and IT stakeholders from both companies.

Your key responsibilities• Support M&A, business and IT projects (such as ERP implementation) to ensure adequate provision of master data is loaded in the target systems;• Together with our Informatica team, define a data conversion framework, Operate the data conversion framework;• Coordinate data cleansing activities with stakeholders. Implement data readiness reports, reconciliation reports and publish data conversion metrics;• Perform data load in target systems (test and production environment) as per project schedule, • Enforce proper data governance within the frame of Group policies;• Hire, manage, support and develop team members within the frame of Company values and HR policies and processes.

You bring • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Data Management for an international company;• Good communication and presentation skills. Fluent in English; • Successful people management experience;• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor;• Strong SAP expertise, in particular regarding master data objects;• Good practice of project management methodologies and techniques.
