The Associate Manager Group Regulatory Affairs Documentation will spearhead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects involving multiple stakeholders. This dynamic role demands leadership of cross-functional teams, meticulous management of project timelines and resources, and a steadfast commitment to delivering projects on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This position will also act as a primary point of contact between the team and senior leadership, providing regular updates and addressing issues that arise.
Leading data analysis, reporting and documentation automation, you will oversee and integrate administrative and operational functions, optimizing workflows, and ensuring consistency in documentation and customer service.

Your key responsibilities
Provide systems, administrative and technical support to the rest of RA Documentation Managers to define global internal strategy.
Be the contact point for RA Documentation automation. Coordination between BU regulatory experts and IS to identify processes and documents for automation.
Develop and implement processes that combine administrative tasks with operational data analysis and automation.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize team operations.
Coordinate testing, quick cards and training to users. Ensure the correct and effective way to use documentation systems.
Provide Project Management expertise in projects owned/led by RA Documentation team.

You bring
Bachelor degree or above in Project Management, Business Administration, Information or Data Management or any other relevant area.
5-10-year experience in managing systems, projects and process improvement.
Preferably 3-5 years of background in both project and team management.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to ensure decisions are clearly communicated to all stakeholders and influence effectively.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools used for automation and data analysis.
Strong sense of team player and skills to manage a team
Great sense of analytical, change management and negotiation skills;
Good written and oral communication in English and Spanish.
