JOB REQUIREMENTS: When would we like your help: This member needs support for 21 hours per week. Mondays, Tuesdays, & Thursdays: 9am-4pm! What can you expect to be doing: Personal Cares: Bathing Toileting Dressing Showering Transfers to wheelchairs and into bed Using a Hoyer lift Benefits: Work for someone that APPRECIATES you! Flexibility Must be willing to have background check completed Valid driver\'s license *If hired, Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN) will not be your legal employer on record. If hired by a Member or their Managing Party, your legal employer on record would be the Member. CDCN\'s role is to assist the Member or Managing Party in recruiting a Direct Care Worker.
