RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assisting in the planning and implementation of marketing activities across online and offline channels like social media, paid ads, PR, and event marketing
Supporting the management and optimization of social media platforms, contributing to content creation and curation.
Aiding in planning and executing video shoots, including assisting with pre-production tasks like location scouting, scriptwriting, and coordinating with the production team.
Assisting in the organization and execution of marketing events, including promotional activities and event reporting.
Supporting the analysis of marketing campaign performance, tracking metrics like engagement and conversion rates.
Participating in market research and competitor analysis to spot trends and opportunities.
Contributing to content writing for various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
Assisting in translating content while ensuring the preservation of original meaning and tone.
Providing input for content enhancement based on performance data and audience feedback.
Coordinating and working with other business lines’ marketing officers
Finding and coordinating with suppliers to achieve corporate branding objectives.
Assisting in filing and administration support
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, online marketing or a related field preferred.
Basic experience or familiarity with marketing channels including social media, online advertising, PR, and event marketing.
Understanding of social media trends and content creation principles.
Basic knowledge of social media analytics to assist in content performance monitoring.
Some experience or knowledge of managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads or Google Ads.
Understanding of basic data analysis and reporting tools such as Google Analytics.
Good communication and storytelling abilities, with a knack for creating engaging content.
Fluent in English and preferably another language, depending on the market focus.
Creative and analytical thinking skills.
Well organized and capable of handling multiple tasks and projects.
Eager to learn and adapt to changes in the marketing field.
Highly responsible with ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Outgoing and great interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social is a plus.
Experience with graphic design software like Adobe Photoshop or Canva is a plus.
