As a Tax Administration Intern at Siemens, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our tax compliance processes run smoothly. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in tax administration, working closely with our tax team to support various tax-related tasks.   • WHT Certificate Preparation: Prepare tax forms for the withholding tax (WHT) certificate in English, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and submit them to the Revenue Department.

  • Coordination: Collaborate effectively with officers from the Revenue Department, coordinating tasks and communications as necessary to facilitate smooth interactions and compliance processes.

  • Support to Senior Tax Professionals: Assist Senior Tax and Tax Managers with ad-hoc tasks and projects as requested, providing valuable support to ensure the smooth functioning of the tax department.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and documentation.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
