5+ years of working experience in financial analysis role

A DAY IN THE LIFE...

  • Drive the execution/consolidation/reporting of the planning cycles across the businesses they support including MBS and DF and co-ordinate efforts with F&C Director and other functional business partners

  • Ensure effective allocation of resources in Generating Demand Support to maximize transparency of trade and PFME spend whilst maintaining internal control.

  • Ensure Generating Demand processes (bookclose reviews, PEC - 3, accruals purging) run in line with policies and provide timely, relevant and accurate outputs to customers.

  • Responsible for compliance of internal trade spend and PFME reporting against NAS. Ensures adherence to PEC best practices for TTS & PFME.

  • Preparation, analysis and communication of specific sales and TTS reporting and involvement in all GD reporting from group control. Linking actuals with DF and risk/opportunities identified.

  • Monitor evolution of sales MOGE's and advise sales organisation on annual resource planning and variance tracking.

  • Custodian of internal controls and assurance that sales practices & entries comply with internal and external guidelines.

  • Be the ambassador (co-pilot) between the finance community, Sales Team and Marketing Team to ensure transparency, alignment and proactive collaboration.

  • Provide financial insights for business growth with customer facing supply chain initiatives and measures of success.

  • Provide appropriate insights and strongly support a fact-based decision-making process, based on business environment & specialist financial knowledge.

  • Ensure accurate production and reporting of DF providing explanation of variances.

  • Drive reporting development, standardization and transition to Business Analytics solutions

ARE YOU A FIT?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and/or Accountancy.

  • At least 5 years of experience in Corporate FP&A in FMCG or retail industry

  • Experience in new setup or fast growing business would be a plus.

  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills

  • Strong Thai and English communication skills
