The Scrum Master acts as a facilitator for a (usually) co-located team of (ideally) 5-10 engineers. He ensures process & method conformance and facilitates a continuous improvement of the team.

Functional/technical skills, Usage of different types of estimations (e.g. Relative, Magic), SMART and INVEST principles ,Scrum Methodology ,Scaled-Agile (SAFe) Methodology PLC/MLC Method, Tool, and Process Development ,Soft Skills ,Automotive Processes Project Management , ADAS specific software tooling

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in managing agile frameworks

• 5+ years of experience in working in a fast-paced or automotive environment

• 8+ years of experience in coaching, facilitation and conflict resolution

• 5+ years of experience in roles as a facilitator, project manager, technical leader or lead develope

• Moderation of meetings

• Facilitation of teams

• Training and Knowledge
