1. Hands-on experience in system application in C++ (Expertization in C++ development)

2. Good debugging skills

3. Hands-on experience on WTL

4. Hands-on experience on MFC

5. Good Knowledge / Hands-on on Boost Libraries, Design patterns, Multi-threading

6. Good Knowledge / Hands-on on Data structures

7. Good understanding on Static Analysis and Memory Leak Tools

8. Practical experience on Unit Testing and UT tools

9. Good at Documentation

10. Good Communication skills
