Labcorp Senior Investigator Support Coordinator in Bangalore, India

Essential Job Duties:

Query Management:

Support Global Investigator Service (GIS) and GIS coordinators query resolution responsibilities

o Search and update the database with appropriate information from each investigator site or its representative for follow-up attempt

o Escalate information coming from investigator site or its representative as needed to assigned global coordinator(s)

o Resolve simple to moderate hold issues generated in the system or assigned by the global team

o Investigate and answer project related questions via email or any other form of communication.

Process Lead Responsibility:

• Develops training material if applicable for new training modules. Maintains and ensures all training materials are accurate

• Conducts training using developed material and demonstrates proficiency as Subject Matter Expert (SME)

• Works with management to drive new procedures and ideas; acts an advocate for processes and decisions.

• Works with management to give feedback on employees and help to develop a learning plan.

• Schedules training as needed.

• Partners with management and other areas to support functional and organizational initiatives.

• Maintains mastery level of proficiency/expertise in the subject matter that is being trained.

• Ensures departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs) are created reviewed and implemented on time

• Provides assistance and guidance to departmental mentors and trainers in all geographical locations

• Transfers knowledge into regulatory areas if applicable

• Performs quality check on the different team activities and provides feedback to management and coordinators

• Participates in Global meetings with Management and/or Trainers

Acts as a liaison for senior trainers
