Role - SailPoint Engineer/Developer

Key Responsibilities

  • Strong experience with hands-on knowledge on SailPoint IdentityIQ development and deployment.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems reported by our customers.

  • Document problem solutions in company knowledge base.

  • Present technical concepts in a clear manner.

  • Provide on-call support via rotational schedule.

  • Drive Customer Proof of concept implementations and ensure successful delivery of use cases.

  • Participate in recurring support review meetings, presenting challenging cases and new ideas to the support team.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills required. Integration, Implementation, Support & Maintenance.

  • Configure and lead operations of multiple information security technologies and appliances.Review information security issues and assign to relevant support group. Routinely review and plan for remediating application vulnerabilities, missing patches, and application configuration issues.

  • Update, create and define security metrics & dashboards.

  • Provide and drive information security awareness and training.

  • Conduct analysis of security issues and recommend solutions and review, analyze, and correlate event logs to identify threats.

  • Implement and provide evaluation feedback for new or updates to security solutions. Work with internal customers to implement information security solutions.

  • Conduct security review of on-premise & Cloud services and recommend solutions.

  • Support internal and external assessments and audits. Report information security administration processes and practices violations.

  • Monitors contingent workers work quality and provides guidelines in the delivery of project and support services. Adheres to compliance processes and procedures

Required (candidates must have this experience):

  • Bachelors Science in Computer Science or equivalent experience

  • Candidate with 5-7 years IAM product suite implementation experience.

  • 3+ years with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) 6.x & 7.x,8.x including Life Cycle Manager (LCM) and Compliance Manager (CM), all SailPoint IIQ modules along with installation and upgrade experience.

  • Expertise in User Provisioning, Access Certifications, Access Request, Workflow, Delegated Administration, and Password Self-Service in SailPoint IdentityIQ.

  • Experience in Java/J2EE development, XML, XHTML, JSF, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, AngularJS, PowerShell, Java, BeanShell, Web Service and SQL Databases with development experience.

  • Role Based Access Control, Governance and Access Certification in SailPoint

  • Knowledge of all the flavors of SailPoint installation, upgrade and deployments.

  • Configure and deploy SailPoint IIQ Connectors for various target systems.

  • Should have knowledge of SailPoint integration with Workday, SAP and Service Now.

  • Hands-on with aggregation, workflows, tasks, forms, rules and roles.

  • Strong understanding of internal technicalities of SailPoint IIQ or IdentityNow.

  • Development of LCM workflows for On-boarding, Transfer, Off-boarding and Emergency Termination process.

  • Design and development of custom rules to setup continuous certification for access review of all users, Role composition certification.

  • Proven track record of aggressive troubleshooting techniques; effective use of all resources available including documentation, online sources, testing and experimentation, and the knowledge of other technical professionals.
