WITHIN YOUR TEAM

The Enterprise Deployment team is dedicated to deliver a great project delivery experience to our customers via FIRST TIME RIGHT & timely updates to all stake holders.

With the goal of customer delight in every step, we ensure the delivery is as per the customer documented expectations. Ensure clear visibility of projects and optimal resource planning.

THIS JOB IS A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY TO:

• Ensure that the Solution’s teamwork is tracked, and delays are detected and communicated.

• Co Ordinate with ASM’s to ensure all delivery related information is handed over before commencement of project.

• Coordinate with customers and solutions architect team to get all customer queries resolved in a timely manner.

• Ensure to communicate project progress to customer.

• Track estimated vs delivered days by using Microsoft Project or other tools.

Bonus points for experience with

• ERP / Graphics / Packaging Knowledge

• PMP certificate

WITHIN YOUR ROLE, YOU WILL:

• Lead and direct the delivery of Customer focused projects, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Oversee all project activities across all functional areas in terms of tactical decisions, day-to-day management, planning, senior escalations and reporting

• Provide full transparency with up to date project status

• Act as SPOC with regard to project/programme management with all key stakeholders

• Lead all planning, execution, reporting, sign-off and related escalation management

• Ensure relevant governance meetings are held

• Contribute to written proposals and customer presentations/meetings

• Gain stakeholder confidence by demonstrating personal abilities in leading and directing projects

• Identify and manage risks/opportunities by proactive identification/implementation of appropriate control/improvement measures.

• Strictly apply change request process to provide full transparency and control.

• Support the continuous improvement process activities to achieve better results and eliminate errors long-term.

• Actively share lessons learned with others.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PROFESSIONAL WHO:

• Extensive Project Management skills and experience

• Successful track record of managing complex international and cross functional programmes

• Experience of interfacing milestone governed programmes to Waterfall and Scrum Agile projects

• Management of multiple stakeholders, with a range of cultural backgrounds.

• Ability to manage dispersed teams and resources who work for other organizations.

• Excellent communications skills and established team player with well-developed influence and relationship management skills.
