Philips Platform Analyst - SAP SD in Bangalore, India

Role Title :

Platform Analyst - SAP SD

You are responsible for

  • Proven track record for independently driving global implementation in SAP SD and CS.

  • Worked as SME for in SAP SD and CS.

  • Clear understanding of future technology trends.

  • Broad expertise of functional domain, relevant business processes and technology.

  • Leading in solution design on program level based on enterprise architecture.

  • Experience in translating high level solutions into detailed technical design.

  • Determinative in setting solution directions to finalize decisions, in order to achieve organization goals in creative and effective ways.

  • Collaboration: Regularly interacts with executives and/or customers. Interactions frequently involve negotiations and/or attempting to influence senior level leaders regarding IT platforms.

  • Drive improvements across standards, guidelines and process.

  • Accountable that solution design meets platform architecture. Provide feedback to architecture community on architecture and design.

  • Accountable that deliverables meet requirements w.r.t. reliability, availability, manageability, performance, and security and compliance.

  • Approves the content of the release prior to release and manages interrelation aspects with other applications.

  • Supports development team in performing build automation and configuration management.

  • Supports the Delivery Manager in timely provision of technical environments.

  • Supports Business Analyst, Project Manager and Delivery Manager on managing, tracking, and forecasting of solution development.

  • Coaches technical leads and developers.

Technical Knowledge and Skills required

SAP SD and CS (preference is certified)

Good understanding of integration with other modules

Work Experience

  • 10+ years

  • SAP SD / CS experience of at-least 8+ years

  • At-least four full end to end implementation experience mandatory

  • Exposure to all domains in SAP SD (Order Management, Pricing, Variant configuration, Availability, Cross selling, etc) and CS (Serial number management, Spare parts Delivery, Contracts and Periodic billing)

  • Integration knowledge of SAP FI, SAP MM and SAP LE.

  • Experience in translating high level solutions into detailed technical design..

  • Good communication and presentation skills

  • Worked in business/client facing role

  • Highly driven, energetic, flexible, resourceful & ability to multitask

  • Clarity of thought and vision

  • Ability to ideate and bring solutions to the table

  • Adherence to timelines, without sacrificing quality of output

  • Hands on and detail oriented, with a strong ability to co-ordinate across different Geographies and with different stakeholders

  • Ability to manage multiple functions at same point of time

  • Cross domain: clearly articulates problem statements to evolve solutions across domains

  • Innovation: is a creative thinker, develops new concepts and solutions across domains.

  • Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments. May supervise the activities of others.
