Responsibilities include ownership and managing tasks for BSW Customer flash loader on various projects & work packages in Asian Projects.

• Automotive SW development tools and methods/procedures, release process, PLC - ASPICE, ISO26262, ISO TS16949, AGILE

• Software development architecture, tools and environment

• EBS, Brake System Technology, Automotive industry

• Structured Problem Solving Methods like 5Why, 8D, etc

• Experience in configuration and requirements management tool - GitHub, MKS

• Business-level of English speaking/writing ability

• Presentation and communication skills & related tools

• Interpersonal skills, Stakeholder Management, Negotiation skills

• Embedded C programming language and scripting languages - Embedded C, Perl, Python, VBA, etc

• Boot Loader, Flash Loader (Customer) work experience or knowledge

• Knowledge on Testing Methodologies - B&W Testing

• Hands on experience on handling lab tools for bench testing - Debugger, ECU, Flashing, Oscilloscope

• Embedded operating system (OSEK / AUTOSAR) knowledge

• University degree (e.g. computer science, mathematics, electrical engineering) or relevant professional experience

• 4-6 years within development area of automotive industry (preferred Software development)

• "Contributed to diverse projects in automotive

• Handling customer defects/issues.

• Experience in Automotive SW development / testing on hardware dependent software

• Experience in configuration and requirements management tool

• Exposure to low level software development and configurations

• Good in analytical and debugging skills

• Good knowledge on Micro Controller Architecture"

• Worked in global environment (e.g. international organizations, international projects: Germany, India)
