Roles & Responsibilities:

a. Bachelor's degree on from an accredited university or college with 6-8 years of experience.

b. Min. 5+ years' experience in Site Installation and Commissioning or Engineering/Technology activities focused on specification, design.

c. Engineering or Project Engineering experience is an added advantage.

d. Have a solid technical background with Engineering or Technical Service experience in flange-to-flange / Systems Engineering.

e. Acting as the primary technical interface for site team and collaborating with Engineering for project execution.

f. Gaining in-depth knowledge of Baker Hughes's technical documentation and machinery data to compare it with customer requests, ensuring alignment.

g. Providing project leadership and technical direction for identified opportunities, incorporating robust technical risk management and mitigation strategies.

h. Supporting Engineering planning and related issue’s resolution.

i. Leading technical decisions with BH and customers for project related discussions.

j. Display a strong customer service-orientation mindset. Be skilled at communicating complex technical information to customers and teams with varying levels of technical understanding.

k. Able to read and understand Engineering documents (like P&ID, Data sheets, Cause & Effect chart, Field instrument list, O&M manuals, etc.,).

l. Able to read various Service Requests (issue reporting platform), understand the technical issue and summarize the issue in concise manner.

m. Collaborate with other Engineering team members, Field service engineers, Digital team members for on-time delivery of the given task.

n. Proficient with Microsoft office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
