Description Robert Half is currently working with a client looking to fill a Cash Application Specialist position. As the Cash Application Specialist, you will be responsible for processing high volume transactions for the accounts receivable department. The Cash Application Specialist will ideally have experience working in a high-volume environment and previous accounts receivable experience. If you are a Cash Application Specialist, this could be the role for you!

Key responsibilities

• Record daily payments including wires, ACH credit transfers, and checks to customer accounts

• Perform weekly general ledger reports

• Handle all differences and discrepancies such as payment issues

• Process and reconcile remittances and accounts receivables

• Assist in managing customer database accounts Requirements - Excellent data entry skills

• 2+ years working in an accounts receivable department

• Knowledge of Cash Applications

• Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds

• Must be detail oriented and maintain a high level of accuracy
