ReSound Program Manager, Global Operations Transformation in Ballerup, Denmark

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced colleague to join our team and play a pivotal role in leading large, strategic supply chain programs that will shape the future of our organization.

Take part in shaping GN's future – be part of the OneGN transformation and the strategic direction for the newly integrated Global Operation.

GN is currently in the midst of a large transformation of integrating former GN Hearing and GN Audio into one GN involving all parts of the business, where you will be a key player in building our future One Global Operation.

In the Strategy & Management Office team, you will join a driven and dedicated team who is responsible for developing and executing Global Operations strategy, as well as driving critically important programs. We are now looking for a Program Manager to join our team where we are a closely-knit team that values collaboration, learning and fun!

With location at GN’s HQ in Ballerup, you will report to Mikael Riberholdt, Head of Strategy & Management Office, and work closely with the entire Strategy & Management Office team and the rest of the organization.

As our new Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving and supporting various strategic initiatives including supply chain network reviews and redesign, operating model optimization, integration projects, and the implementation of methods and tools.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will be responsible for:

  • Drive project and program engagement with a strong focus on change management

  • Scoping projects and programs to create comprehensive and executable project plans

  • Steering timelines, resources and effective communication, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators

  • Engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and ensure buy-in and ownership from the receiving/owning organization

  • Champion PMO processes and project management practices in the organization and support the PMO building up project management capabilities in the global operation organization

  • Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand the impact of changes on supply chain setup

The role will provide plenty of opportunity to develop interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, while delivering solid projects.

To succeed in the role, we imagine that you have:

  • Several years of experience from a consultancy firm or a similar in-house position in a global company including experience managing change projects and programs

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

  • Ability to think strategically and solid problem-solving skills

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, adapting to change, and driving transformational initiatives

  • Fluent in written and spoken English

  • A M.Sc. in supply chain, business administration or similar
