Hyatt Duty Manager in BALI, Indonesia

Description:

As Duty Manager, you are responsible for general management and security issues within the hotel. The This includes ensuring exceptional guest service, managing staff, and maintaining a secure and comfortable environment for guests and employees.throughout your duty you wear many hats including information provider, problem solver, public relations manager, sales manager and diplomat, always maintaining a professional, efficient and professional manner.

  1. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing guest concerns and resolving issues promptly.

  2. Oversee the check-in and check-out process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

  3. Handle VIP guests and special requests.

  4. Supervise and coordinate the activities of hotel staff during the shift.

  5. Assign tasks and responsibilities to staff members.

  6. Provide training and guidance to new and existing staff.

  7. Monitor and ensure the smooth operation of all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage.

  8. Participate in inventory management and control.

  9. Ensure adherence to brand standards and quality benchmarks.

  10. Implement and uphold the hotel's policies and procedures.

  11. Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and quality standards.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will meet the following criteria,

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.

  • Relevant experience in 5star luxury hotels or luxury resorts

  • Knowledge of hotel operations and industry trends.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

  • Confident and enjoys the challenge of delivering consistent standards of service.

  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken and written)
