Express Employment Professionals Office Assistant in Bainbridge Island, Washington

Overview: A Bainbridge Island construction company is looking for a Part-time Office Assistant to join their team. This person would be responsible for answering phone calls, sorting mail, and printing checks.

 

JOB DUTIES:

  • May include but not limited to the following:
  •           Answering and directing phone calls
  •           Sort and distribute mail and packages.
  •           Assist in printing and processing of checks.
  •           Collaborate with finance and management team to facilitate timely payment processing.
  •           Perform basic data entry and maintain accurate records.
  •           Assist with filing and organizing documents.
  •           Other administrative tasks as given or assigned.

Qualifications:

  •        Previous administrative experience
  •          Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  •          Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  •          Reliable and punctual

Hours/Shift: Mondays & Thursday for 4-6 hours

 

Pay: $20-$25/hour DOE
