Responsibilities The Plant Operations Manager will budget, plan, organize, supervise, coordinate and control the activities of the plant operations and maintenance functions which are necessary in maintaining the physical structures, HVAC, mechanical, electrical systems, utilities and ground of the hospital in an operative and safe working condition. Will maintain efficient and effective department operation while requiring compliance with JCAHO standards as well as state, federal and local regulations. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in provision of maintenance, environmental services, and related services in a hospital environment required Knowledge of JCAHO/OSHA regulations and standards required. Preferred Experience College Degree related to building construction and maintenance preferred.
