Job Summary Avient is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to join our North America Corporate Logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting data from multiple internal and external sources, analyzing, and interpreting the data related to our logistics and warehouse operations; as well as creating and maintaining reporting for internal stakeholders. This role plays a critical part in optimizing our supply chain efficiency, reducing transportation and warehouse costs, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods through our facilities. Essential Functions * Gather data from various sources, including warehouse management systems, transportation software, and other relevant databases. * Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in logistics and warehouse operations. * Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the efficiency and effectiveness of logistics and warehouse operations. * Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into performance against KPIs. * Collaborate with the logistics and warehouse teams to identify process bottlenecks and areas for improvement. * Propose and implement data-driven process enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. * Identify and address quality issues and suggest corrective actions. * Create clear and concise data visualizations, charts, and graphs to communicate findings effectively. * Other duties as assigned #LI-CB1, #LI-Hybrid Education and Experience * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Logistics, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, or Business Analytics). * Proven experience preparing and analyzing logistics data. * Proven knowledge of Logistics operations and Supply Chain principles - warehousing and transportation. * Proficien
