Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Front Desk Coordinator role in Aventura, Florida. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the company's lobby area, greeting and directing all visitors, and handling special administrative projects. You will also be responsible for ensuring completion of paperwork, sign-in, and security procedures. This role requires skills in MS Word and previous experience in customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the company's lobby area to ensure a professional atmosphere

• Greet and direct all visitors, including vendors, clients, job candidates, and customers

• Ensure completion of necessary paperwork, sign-in, and security procedures

• Handle special administrative projects as assigned

• Handle overflow work from department and executive assistants

• Answer incoming calls, providing information and directing calls as necessary

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times

• Use MS Word for document creation and management

• Resolve any issues or complications that arise in the lobby area

• Contribute to a welcoming and efficient workplace environment. Requirements • Proficient in MS Word

• Solid CSR / Customer Service Experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently

• Proven experience as a Front Desk Coordinator or similar role

• Strong organizational and planning skills

• Customer-focused approach

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

• Strong problem-solving abilities

• Familiarity with office management systems and procedures

• A high level of professionalism and a positive attitude

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
