Are you ready to dive into a fast-paced role where every day brings new challenges and opportunities for growth? We're seeking a Senior Team Leader to helm our Supply Chain Compliance, Metrics, and Data Analysis team.
This team is responsible for understanding how data can best be utilized to help facilitate strategic business decisions and improve processes for teams in the food safety, quality assurance, supply chain compliance and regulatory compliance organizations. This team is also responsible for identifying ways to automate process improvements by implementing technical solutions utilizing the programs and systems available to the business.

What You'll Do:
Lead a team of data wizards, guiding them in delivering cutting-edge reports, tools, and dashboards to our business partners.
Champion process improvements and automation initiatives to streamline operations and drive strategic decision-making.
Build strong relationships with cross functional business partners , serving as a trusted advisor on data-related initiatives.
Dive into the technological trenches, tackling challenges head-on to ensure our systems and programs are top-notch.
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus 6-8 years of relevant experience.
3+ years of leadership experience, with a knack for inspiring and developing talent.
Strong excel skills required .
Proficiency in Alteryx and Tableau, with bonus points for experience with FoodLogiQ , Gateway, Smartsheet, and Everclear .
A strategic mindset, coupled with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the finesse to navigate diverse teams and stakeholders.
A passion for problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
