Oracle Senior Program Manager (OCI)- Workplace/Workforce Analytics in Austin, Texas

Job Description

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Business Operations team is a team of innovators! We invent new processes and deliver solutions that did not previously exist. Curiosity, autonomy and strong judgment, experience developing new processes and using continuous improvement strategies to enhance existing processes are critical for the success of the team. As new processes are developed, Business Operations also owns driving adoption and rolling out key change management to a wide range of stakeholders.

The OCI Business Operations team is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to support cross-functional operations projects and programs. This position will be focusing on workforce and workplace projects and program management, providing key analytics and outputs to business leaders to a drive globally consistent, high-quality workforce and workplace programs for OCI. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading workforce and workplace project and programs and continue to drive process improvements and building change management plans for adoption with cross-functional internal stakeholders.

  • Partner with SMEs from HRs, Recruiting, Real Estate & Facilities, Finance and Business organizations, collectively take projects from ideation, through piloting, and final execution and run management.

  • Analyzing workforce and workplace data and trends across multiple data sources, apply the right analytics, and visualize insights, identify gaps and provide recommendations for senior leaders and internal stakeholders. This includes manage and produce recurring sets of analytics for different stake holders, generate models and forecasts.

  • Communicating regular project and program updates to internal stakeholders

The desired candidate is strong in project and program management, operational business process and have deep analytics skills and ability to merge data from various data sources via Excel, PowerBI or other analytic reporting/visualization tools. The candidate can manage different levels of stakeholders and have great communication skills to work with business partners and leaders across tactical and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will remain calm under pressure and in an ambiguous environment and be adept at juggling multiple competing priorities. Desired candidate is not afraid to ask questions when something doesn’t make sense, and to empathetically and respectfully challenge assertions or assumptions and to escalate when necessary.

The work you drive will have a material impact on OCI and a high level of visibility and the impact of the work you do will be felt across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • BA or BS preferred.

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience, with a focus on workplace/workforce program management and analytics

  • Experience leading and building change management plans for adoption with cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver positive outcomes on projects and programs.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where priorities can shift rapidly to support business needs.

  • Ability to meet with key stakeholders to understand their business needs.

  • Demonstrated ability to stay calm under pressure and juggle multiple competing priorities.

  • Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of an area and comfortable to jump in as needed when there are critical business needs.

  • Ability to work independently and apply rational judgment.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and speaking skills.

  • Strong technical, analytical, and mathematical acumen.

  • Ability to work across multiple time zones.

  • Experience using BI and DV tools (e.g., OAC) with an understanding of business intelligence concepts and data visualization standard methodologies.

  • Experience with collaboration resources such as Slack, Confluence, JIRA and OSvC

  • Strong experience working with Excel, including the ability to construct/update raw datasets, build pivot tables, and develop formulas to automate worksheets.

  • Demonstrate a strong eye for details.

  • Physically located in the U.S

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range: from $74,100 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
