Project Management: Understands basic project management methodologies and manages various projects related to the role. Document, maintain and continuously improve the quality of processes and knowledge base.Communication: Collaborates with stakeholders and users, presents ideas and findings in meetings and other ways, documents processes and systems. Communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical staff.Quality Assurance: Assists in testing and in the development of test plans, documents new and existing deliverables, analyzes business results.Document, maintain and continuously improve the quality of processes and knowledge base.Trains and supports reporting and analytic outcomes using various methods including excellent documentation as well as live and recorded training sessions. Coordinates change management and transformation projects for operational effectiveness and modernization of business tools.Other tasks and projects as assigned.
