We are looking for a smart, motivated Sales Operations Analyst to support our growing Search Ads business. In this role, you will support the Partner Development organization in building insightful and impactful sales processes. You’ll help us establish priorities, measure success and partner with other functions with Ad Platforms and Apple.

Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, business analysis or data analysis, preferably within digital advertising and performance marketing landscape

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated experience working cross-functionally and influencing other teams within a complex business environment

  • Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.

  • Proven ability to lead change in a complex, global business environment

  • Solid understanding of data, reporting and the use of systems to implement operational objectives

Description

Responsibilities Partner with regional sales teams to effectively manage the small business segment of customers, ensuring high impact strategy and execution against high potential opportunities and business objectives Partner closely with sales management to develop regional operating plans, refine customer segmentation models, role design and territory management to effectively drive business growth Partner cross-functionally to execute go-to-market plans and effectively roll-out programs and strategic initiatives Define region-specific metrics for success and partner with Sales Operations Analytics team to build datasets/visualizations to measure progress
